First Time learning Cooking, baking with my mom since 12 years old currently as resto and bakery consultant, well versed in baking and cooking .
Generally I worked at high volume hotels, resto, food industries like as at Ocean Park, Empire Grill Resto, Catering services my duties responsible in operation at hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry-bakery to manage chefs day to day in operation.
